Some Observations

The results of this phase of experiments did not reveal anything new, but confirmed the observations made in Phase I: body < Peep-Hole and Phase II: body > Peep-Hole, as follows:

It appears, very convincingly, that the Phantom of Opera is gone!
The set of results for the default and visible values of the 'overflow' property of the html were identical, which clearly indicates that the default value of 'overflow' property of the html is visible.
Again, the set of results for the default and visible values of the 'overflow' property of the body were identical, which clearly indicates that the default value of 'overflow' property of the body is visible.
However, it is more than confirmed!.. The 'overflow' property of the body is set to visible, permanently. (i.e. none of the other values for the 'overflow' property is accepted.
The Default Scrollbars still appear to belong to the html element. However, the results of this set of experiments did not provide further evidence, since the height/width of the body element was set to be greater than those of the Peep-Hole.
However, the set of result for the hidden value of 'overflow' property of the body element versus all the values of the html element also clearly indicate that they are definetely controlled by setting(s) of the that of the body element.
Since the 'overflow' property of the body element, is permanently set to visible, #test extended vertically/horizontally (up the limits of Peep-Hole) beyond the body element, which retained its specified height/weight.
