Some Observations

The results of this phase of experiments did not reveal anything new, but confirmed the observations made in Phase I: body < Peep-Hole and Phase II: body < Peep-Hole, as follows:

The default value of 'overflow' property of the html is auto.
Again, the default value of 'overflow' property of the body is visible.
The Default scrollbars belong to the html element and are controlled by the setting(s) of the same.
The body element extended vertically/horizontally up the limits of Peep-Hole, for the default and visible values of the overflow property in version 6. However, the body element retained its specified height/width in version 7, with the only exception for the auto value of the 'overflow' property.

As mentioned in earlier, the results of this set of experiments were given given seperately for versions 6 & 7, as they show a little difference in the results, but mainly that:

The space - both vertically and horizontally, outside of the body element, but inside of the html element disappeared.
