Some Observations

The results of this phase of experiments did not reveal anything new , but confirmed the observations made in Phase I: body < Peep-Hole, as follows: www.web-zonez.com/screen/scroll/matrix2/2ieresults.html

The default value of 'overflow' property of the html is auto.
Again, the default value of 'overflow' property of the body is visible.
The Default scrollbars belong to the html element and are controlled by the setting(s) of the same.Perhaps the best and most clear confirmation of this comes from the results of the Group 320 experiments: For the visible value of the "overflow" property of the html element, the Default Scrollbars were absent, regardless of the setting of that of the body element.
The body element extended vertically/horizontally up the limits of Peep-Hole, for the default and visible values of the overflow property in version 6. However, the body element retained its specified height/width in version 7, with the only exception for the auto value of the 'overflow' property.
