Some Observations

Again, some interesting data!... It appears that Opera finally decided to to "loose" the Phantom of Opera. Good Riddance!

Or, am I making a wrong assumption? The uncertainaty stems from the difficulty I am having in sorting out and analyze these rather bizzare results. Let's give it our best shot:

The set of results for the default and visible values of the 'overflow' property of the html were identical, which clearly indicates that the default value of 'overflow' property of the html is visible.
Again, the set of results for the default and visible values of the 'overflow' property of the body were identical, which clearly indicates that the default value of 'overflow' property of the body is visible.
However, this not the end of it!.. The 'overflow' property of the body is set to visible, permanently. In other words, none of the values for the 'overflow' property is accepted.
The Default Scroll Bars appear to belong to the html element. But....I am not sure! The reason lies in the results of the Group 250 tests, where the 'overflow' property of the html element is set to scroll:
- Vertical Scroll Test:
  The Default Horizontal Scrollbar was absent for the auto value of the property of the body element.
- Horizontal Scroll Test:
  The Default Vertical Scrollbar was absent for the auto value of the property of the body element.
- On the other hand, both Default Scrolbars were present - whether active or not, for the other values of the 'overflow' property of the body element.
However, the set of result for the hidden value of 'overflow' property of the body element versus all the values of the html element also clearly indicate that they are definetely controlled by setting(s) of the that of the body element.
Since the 'overflow' property of the body element, is permanently set to visible, #test extended vertically/horizontally (up the limits of Peep-Hole) beyond the body element, which retained its specified height/weight.
