Height setting not accepted; html element expanded to 100%.
Width setting appearently accepted; however, Default Horizontal Scrollbar not activated.
The height settings of the body element are calculated based on the height setting specified for the html element. Also, the width settings of the body element appears to be calculated based on the height of the html element (i.e. 50% of 120%) .
